Social Responsibilities

Saba Power and Energy Group, as one of the subsidiaries of the Mostazafin Foundation of the Islamic Revolution, fulfils its responsibilities in line with the Foundation’s general policies by protecting, supporting, and contributing to the communities in which it operates.

Accordingly, and with the aim of combating deprivation, addressing existing challenges, reducing poverty gaps, and promoting relative prosperity for all members of society, policies have been adopted to enable Saba Group to play an effective role in corporate social responsibility. These initiatives include:

• Investment in the construction of a solar power plant in Qaleh Ganj County
• Investment in the construction of the Khorramabad Combined-Cycle Power Plant in Khorramabad County
• Recruitment and employment of local workers in disadvantaged areas
• Investment in renewable energy to reduce fuel consumption
• Supporting schools in disadvantaged areas
• Providing assistance to fellow citizens affected by the Kermanshah earthquake
